This website (anthonycrane.net) is operated by Anthony Crane, a licensed Georgia real estate agent with The Score Group at Keller Williams Peachtree Road. This policy explains what information I collect and how I use it.

What I collect. Information you give me directly — your name, email, phone number, and your real estate goals — when you book an appointment, submit a form, or reach out. The site platform and any analytics tools may also collect automatic usage data and cookies.

How I use it. To respond to you, provide real estate services, follow up on what you've asked for, and improve the site.

How I share it. With my brokerage (Keller Williams Peachtree Road) as needed for services and recordkeeping; with service providers under confidentiality; with transaction partners you choose to work with (lender, title, inspector, cooperating agent) only as needed for your transaction; and when required by law. I do not sell your personal information.

Text messages. If you give me your phone number, I may text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving services.

Your choices. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of follow-up, anytime at anthony@anthonycrane.net.

Security & retention. I use reasonable protections and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third-party links. This site links to third-party sites (for example, booking and brokerage pages). I'm not responsible for their privacy practices.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes. If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
